To Submit a Warranty Request
- Contact Us via E-mail here.
- Include your order information such as order #, billing name, billing e-mail.
- Include purchase date/month.
- Include reason for warranty request.
How To Return Your Product
- Apply the included return label to the box your shipment arrived in.
- Select which option you’d like on the return sheet, mark ‘exchange’ along with which product you’d like to exchange for, or ‘return’ for a 100% reimbursement.
- Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx dropbox.
Please Note: sometimes inclement weather conditions may delay shipments. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters.
For orders in Texas we also provide free overnight shipping on all orders placed before 4:00PM on any given business day.
However, if you don’t live in Texas you will receive your order in 2-3 business days.
