Question What Is Your Warranty Policy?
AnswerAll of our products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We cover all manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product except for products that have a battery. For devices that have a battery the device is covered entirely 1 year, after this we only service warranties for plastic mold and electrical circuitry defects.

To Submit a Warranty Request

  1. Contact Us via E-mail here.
  2. Include your order information such as order #, billing name, billing e-mail.
  3. Include purchase date/month.
  4. Include reason for warranty request.

Question What Is Your Return Policy?
AnswerEarbuds & Headphones can be difficult to choose from, especially when you cannot try them on for yourself. So, we include a 14-day hassle-free return period. All of our products are shipped with a return label for you to easily return the product, no need to contact us prior to returning the item.

How To Return Your Product

  1. Apply the included return label to the box your shipment arrived in.
  2. Select which option you’d like on the return sheet, mark ‘exchange’ along with which product you’d like to exchange for, or ‘return’ for a 100% reimbursement.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx dropbox.

Question How Do I Track My Order?
AnswerAfter your order has been processed through our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail including your order’s tracking number. You may also check your order here.

Please Note: sometimes inclement weather conditions may delay shipments.  We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters.

Question How Fast Is Your Shipping?
AnswerWe provide free express shipping on all orders. Our distribution center is based in Fort Worth, TX, allowing us to provide expedited shipping to the entire U.S. free of charge.

For orders in Texas we also provide free overnight shipping on all orders placed before 4:00PM on any given business day.

However, if you don’t live in Texas you will receive your order in 2-3 business days.

Question Do You Ship To Military APO's or PO Boxes?
